There are three cities, which you will probabilly reach by plane: Warsaw, Krakow or Katowice. From there you have to take bus or train.
Below there are links to sites, where you can find railway information (also in english, german and french):
www.intercity.com.pl, but you cannot reach Wadowice with that :(

Alas the two above links are only in Polish :(
I propose to rent a car (for those, who travel by plane). I suggest to use the international "Budget Rent a Car". Polish site (with english language) is www.budget.pl. There are many possibilities, for example:
- you may pay by credit card, by Budget Charge Card or Budget Voucher or prepaid voucher,
- Delivery / Collection within city,
- and so on….
It seems to be able to book everything like hotel room; it seems to be possible to take the car at any place (airport) at any time (the same with getting back).
